Conflictul din Iran a devenit <strong><em>pretextul perfect pentru scumpiri \u00een lan\u021b<\/em><\/strong>: benzin\u0103riile ridic\u0103 pre\u021burile peste noapte, comercian\u021bii umfl\u0103 etichetele, iar guvernul prive\u0219te lini\u0219tit cum \u00eencas\u0103rile din taxe cresc pe spinarea cet\u0103\u021benilor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-o \u021bar\u0103 care produce petrol, cu\u00a0o structur\u0103 unic\u0103 \u00een UE, g\u00e2ndit\u0103 tocmai pentru a stabiliza pre\u021burile carburan\u021bilor \u0219i s\u0103 atenueze fluctua\u021biile pie\u021bei interna\u021bionale, rom\u00e2nii ajung s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 a opta cea mai scump\u0103 motorin\u0103 din UE, cu aproximativ 27% mai scump\u0103 dec\u00e2t bulgarii (care au cel mai mic pre\u021b la motorin\u0103). <strong><em>Nu r\u0103zboiul este adev\u0103rata problem\u0103, ci oportunismul intern \u2014 un sistem \u00een care fiecare criz\u0103 devine ocazie de profit rapid<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00e2nd fiecare verig\u0103 a lan\u021bului profit\u0103 de panic\u0103, nota de plat\u0103 ajunge mereu la acela\u0219i client: rom\u00e2nul de r\u00e2nd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scumpiri de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 7% a produselor \u0219i serviciilor din Rom\u00e2nia fa\u021b\u0103 de luna decembrie 2025, exclsuiv datorit\u0103 cre\u0219terii pre\u021bului la motorin\u0103. Motorin\u0103 care este a 8 cea mai scump\u0103 din UE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen economie exist\u0103 scumpiri care se v\u0103d imediat \u0219i scumpiri care se infiltreaz\u0103 discret \u00een toate pre\u021burile. Motorina face parte din a doua categorie. Nu este doar combustibil pentru ma\u0219ini; este combustibilul \u00eentregii economii. Transportul cerealelor, distribu\u021bia produselor \u0219i logistica depozitelor sunt puternic dependente de motorin\u0103. Astfel, <strong>p\u00e2inea \u0219i laptele \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 o cre\u0219tere estimat\u0103 de aproximativ 2%<\/strong> fa\u021b\u0103 de decembrie 2025 doar din acest factor. Pentru carne, leguminoase sau produse congelate, unde lan\u021bul logistic este mai complex \u0219i implic\u0103 transport frigorific, impactul ajunge la aproximativ 3%.<\/p>\n<p>Locuin\u021bele nu scap\u0103 nici ele de efectul combustibilului. Materialele de construc\u021bii sunt transportate aproape exclusiv cu camioane, iar utilajele de \u0219antier func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een mare parte pe motorin\u0103. \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, costul unui apartament nou cre\u0219te cu aproximativ 1%, iar al unei case cu aproximativ 2%, exclusiv din cauza scumpirii motorinei. Chiar \u0219i chiria reflect\u0103 indirect aceste costuri, cu o cre\u0219tere estimat\u0103 de aproximativ 1%, prin costuri de \u00eentre\u021binere, logistic\u0103 \u0219i servicii auxiliare.<\/p>\n<p>Sectorul materialelor de construc\u021bii resimte acela\u0219i efect. Betonul \u0219i o\u021belul se scumpesc cu aproximativ 2%, \u00een timp ce c\u0103r\u0103mida sau BCA-ul cresc cu aproximativ 1%. Transportul materiilor prime, operarea utilajelor \u0219i logistica industrial\u0103 sunt toate dependente de combustibil.<\/p>\n<p>Impactul devine \u0219i mai vizibil \u00een infrastructur\u0103. Construirea unui kilometru de autostrad\u0103 implic\u0103 sute de camioane, excavatoare, buldozere \u0219i utilaje grele. \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, <strong>costul unui kilometru de autostrad\u0103 cre\u0219te cu aproximativ 3%<\/strong> doar din cauza motorinei.<\/p>\n<p>Industria textil\u0103 nu este nici ea imun\u0103. Transportul materiilor prime, produc\u021bia \u0219i distribu\u021bia interna\u021bional\u0103 contribuie la scumpiri estimate de aproximativ 2% pentru tricouri \u0219i blugi \u0219i de aproximativ 3% pentru \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte.<\/p>\n<p>Cea mai mare presiune apare \u00eens\u0103 \u00een serviciile de baz\u0103. Transportul public, unde autobuzele func\u021bioneaz\u0103 predominant pe motorin\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 o cre\u0219tere de aproximativ 7%. Alte servicii esen\u021biale \u2014 precum apa \u0219i canalizarea \u2014 cresc cu aproximativ 2%, deoarece pomparea \u0219i opera\u021biunile logistice depind indirect de costurile energetice \u0219i de transport.<\/p>\n<p>Institu\u021biile publice sunt afectate mai moderat. Costurile opera\u021bionale ale spitalelor \u0219i \u0219colilor cresc cu aproximativ 1%, iar func\u021bionarea supermarketurilor \u2014 unde logistica \u0219i lan\u021bul de aprovizionare joac\u0103 un rol major \u2014 adaug\u0103 aproximativ 1% la pre\u021buri.<\/p>\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia a ajuns pe locul 8 \u00een Uniunea European\u0103 la pre\u021bul motorinei ar trebui s\u0103 fie un semnal de alarm\u0103, nu doar o statistic\u0103 de moment. C\u00e2nd aproape fiecare sector adaug\u0103 c\u00e2teva procente din acela\u0219i motiv, rezultatul final este o presiune constant\u0103 asupra costului vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motorina nu apare pe eticheta produselor din magazin. Dar este prezent\u0103 \u00een fiecare etap\u0103 a drumului lor p\u00e2n\u0103 la raft.
